Q1. How do I purchase?

A) Paperback Purchase (Print to order)

1. For domestic purchase, please fill an order form and complete your payment here.

2. Receive a confirmation message for your order within 3 working days. 

3. Collect or wait for shipment. 

*If you are placing an order for a school, do contact us over email and we can set up the purchase and e-invoicing. 

*Any missing information will result in delay in processing your order. Please ensure that you have furnished all the information correctly and sent or uploaded the screenshot of your payment confirmation so that we know that the payment is from you. If you do not hear from us after 3 working days, please write to us and we will respond to you soonest possible. *Please write to us for overseas orders.

B) Ebook Purchase

1. Make payment. See Q3 below.

2. Send the screenshot of your payment confirmation to 90043925 or email it to eclovesyoga@gmail.com. See the sample screenshots of payment confirmation here.

3. We will email you the ebook. 

Q2. Is shipping available ?

Please contact us for shipment quotes of overseas purchase. 

Shipping is available for domestic addresses except to all offshore islands. Delivery to camps would be to the mail room. 

Domestic delivery charges are as follows:

1 to 2 books: $3 (additional $1.50 for tracked mail)

3 to 4 books: $3.50 (additional $1.50 for tracked mail)

5 to 7 books: $6 (inclusive of tracking)

For other quantities or bulk orders, please email us to find out how many copies are in stock and to get a custom shipping quote. 

Books will be packed and shipped out within 3 to 5 working days for in stock items. Delivery of standard mail takes another 1 to 3 working days to arrive. Print to order titles will be available from book launch date. 

Q3. What types of payments are accepted ?

Please PayNow or PayLah or Google Pay to 90043925 or do bank transfer to this account (POSB saving: 421-47696-9) or pay via cash. 

Paypal to eclovesyoga@gmail.com and Wise are available for overseas purchases. Please email us for overseas purchases.

Q4. How do I self collect my order ?

Collection is strictly by appointment.

I will send you the full address for collection in the confirmation reply after the full payment is completed. Collection opens on book launch day from 2.30pm to 4pm and subsequent Mondays and Wednesdays, except on public holidays. Please book from the time slots:

AM: 10.30am to 12pm; 

PM: 2.30pm to 4pm (only slot for book launch day); 

Evening: 7.30pm to 8.30pm 

Second Sunday, or third Sunday if it falls on a public holiday: 

Night: 8pm to 9pm (Only by appointment)

*Please ensure that you receive a confirmation reply before turning up for self-collection to avoid disappointment. Appointment requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to collection. We regret that shorter notice periods will not be considered.

Q5. What is the refund policy?

In the event that we decided not to print any more copies after you have placed your order, payments will be fully refunded. 

No refunds will be provided for wrong entry of delivery address once the order has been confirmed and shipped.

Q6. I bought an ebook. Can I share it with my friends and loved ones?

The purchase of the ebook entitles you to download the book for personal use only. This means that you may download and read it on as many of your personal devices as you like. 

Please do not share the ebook with anyone who did not pay for it. The funds collected are to cover the production costs so that the author can continue to produce more creations in future for your enjoyment. If you like her work, one way to show your support is to respect its copyright and not share it with non-paying persons.
